  1. Blanched egg noodles in hot water for 4-8 minutes. Once noodles softened, drained and place in a plate or bowl..
  2. On a medium heat pan or wok, add vegetable cooking oil then garlic, fry for a min until garlic golden..
  3. Add all the vegetable in and quick stir fry. Add tofu and fry for another 1-2 minutes..
  4. Mix the sauce base together in a mixing bowl, pour them on to the pan or wok mix well. Add noodles in and stir well..
  5. Seasoning with salt and pepper. Taste it, you can add more sauces if prefer. Garnish with sesame seeds and crispy chilli oil before serve. I use this brand (pic attached) but you can make your own one I have recipe attached here. (see recipe).
